Abstract
Spreadthesign.com is an international dictionary where we make all the sign languages of the world accessible. This pedagogic self-learning tool is free to use for all in the world. The fantasy sets the limits of the use of this dictionary. Primarily we were doing it to improve our vocational pupil’s language skills when going abroad for work practice. Between October 2006 and October 2010 we will upload words from several vocational fields into the dictionary. Spreadthesign.com will also have more sentences and not only single words/sign. We will constantly enlarge our partnership with new countries and new sponsors of this free web tool. Each country represented has its team with responsibility for their language in this web site. Spreadthesign.com will help people every day to find the sign they are searching for.
