Maria José Magalhães has a Ph.D in Educational Sciences, is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto (FPCEUP) and is a researcher at the Interdisciplinary Center on Gender Studies (CIEG/ISCSP-UL). She is also a member of the European Network on Gender and Violence (ENGV) and coordinates the domain Education, Body, Gender and Violence of the Master in Sciences of Education. Currently, she coordinated Project BO(U)NDS. She has (co-)authored multiple education and gender-based violence themed papers and books. Maria José is also the Vice-president of the Portuguese feminist NGO UMAR. |

Isabel Viana has a Ph.D in Education and is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Education of the University of Minho, in the Department of Curricular Studies and Educational Technology. She was also a researcher in the Project BO(U)NDS, a member of the International Bureau of Education, UNESCO’s specialist body for curriculum, Global Curriculum Network. She is a reviewer of national and international Journals, and has a significant body of work published in curriculum and education. |

Fernando André Rosa completed his PhD in Sociology in 2022 at ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, Master in Anthropology in 2010 and Degree in Sociology in 2006 at the same Institute. His area of expertise is Sociology. |

Raquel Rodrigues is a PhD researcher at the Centre for Research and Intervention in Education of the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Porto. She a PhD was researcher in the Project BO(U)NDS: Bonds, Boundaries and Violence: Longitudinal Study on school-based gender violence prevention programs, at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto. |

Ana Beires was a researcher in the BO(U)NDS Project and has an MSc in Educational Sciences Body, Gender and Violence and a Post-Graduation in Prevention of Gender Violence. She is also an educator and trainer in Gender Equality, and has additional research experience in national and international projects about Teen Dating Violence and Witnesses of Intimate Partner Violence. |

Camila Iglesias was a researcher in the BO(U)NDS Project. She is a lawyer and holds an MSc in Criminology from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto (FDUP), Portugal. She has expertise in gender-based violence research projects at the national and international levels, namely in collaboration with UMAR – a Portuguese feminist NGO. She is a PhD candidate in Criminology at FDUP, and her research addresses mainly the issue of intimate partner violence and women’s fear of crime. She is currently developing her PhD thesis funded by FCT. |
